Will’s journey to The Richmond Group USA and WorkRocket has been an interesting one, with previous roles in Sales, Accounting, Public Health, and Software Development. He found his way here as a way to bring all of these relatively unrelated backgrounds together and offer a unique point of view in the business world thanks to his multitude of experiences that many peers have not had.
Outside of work he enjoys numerous hobbies and interests. He has a deep love and passion for Modern and Abstract art, gravitating mostly towards non-representational works. He also loves music and discovering new and up-and-coming musicians from a vast array of different genres. After work he has been pursuing his passion project of starting a design firm specializing in creating beautiful and useful objects that help elevate your every day.
