Lauren joined the WorkRocket team in 2024, after 11 years in the education sector. She graduated from Virginia Tech with Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Human Development. She also has her Master’s of Education from William and Mary. Lauren has a passion for getting to know people and helping them achieve their goals. She’s excited to be able to utilize her skills to help organizations and individuals grow and thrive.
Outside of work, you can find Lauren engaging in a craft project or a solving a puzzle. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her kids and family. Depending on the season, you can find Lauren watching her favorite teams play, Go Hokies!
