Karlin is a graduate from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Communication Studies. She has been in recruiting for over 10 years, mostly focusing in RPO (recruiting, processing, outsourcing) sector.
As Senior Recruiter and Project Manager- Karlin directs the entire RPO and hiring process for elite companies that specialize in Technical, Mechanical, and Operational opportunities in the Industrial and Engineering sector. In addition, Karlin leads in hiring, training, developing, and mentoring new employees.
You will find Karlin testing out wineries with her husband, creating elaborate charcuterie boards, fostering dogs for Beagles and Bentleys or running her small business (Karlin Margaret Creations – balloon and party decor).
