Tyler joined The Richmond Group USA family of companies in 2010 as a Research Analyst, where he was responsible for supporting Executive Recruiters for The Richmond Group USA. In 2013, Tyler transitioned to a Strategic Talent Engagement Specialist for a newly developed division of TRG, WorkRocket. As WorkRocket continued to grow, he was promoted to a Client Services Manager to help grow our Client Services team to keep up with the demand for our services. Tyler enjoys training and developing the WorkRocket team to better assist our clients in finding high quality candidates to join their teams.
After graduating from VCU with a Degree in Operations Research, Tyler was a buyer for a local greenhouse for 3 years before joining our team.
In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 dogs, checking out local restaurants and breweries as well as working on his house and car. Before covid, Tyler volunteered with his dog in two local therapy dog groups for 6 years, Caring Canines and Dogs on Call. He is also a volunteer at his church as a member of the production team.
