Jack joined the Banking Division of The Richmond Group in 2026 as an RIA & Brokerage Director. He’s a thoughtful and people-driven recruiter, who brings a unique perspective shaped by his background in Philosophy from James Madison University. His studies sharpened his ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and understand what truly motivates people; skills he uses every day to connect the right individuals with the right opportunities. He is passionate about building genuine relationships and helping others find roles where they can thrive.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Jack on the golf course or enjoying a good book, both of which keep him curious, focused, and always learning.
