Elise joined The Richmond Group USA in the summer of 2025. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Since completing her degree, Elise has worked in the mortgage industry and in software consulting. She moved from Oakton to Richmond, VA and has enjoyed getting to know the city and its many taco joints.

In her free time, Elise plays several sports and goes to trivia nights with her friends. She can often be found on a soccer field or reading at her local coffee shop.
