Arianna joined The Richmond Group USA in 2026 and is part of the firm’s Growth Practice, where she focuses on connecting talent within the manufacturing and engineering space.

She graduated in 2019 with a degree in Mandarin, Chinese and later completed her Master’s in Human Resource Management in 2026. Prior to transitioning into recruiting, Arianna worked as an international flight attendant, an experience that shaped her ability to connect with people from all walks of life and navigate fast-paced, ever-changing environments.

She is passionate about building long-term relationships and helping individuals find opportunities that align not just with their experience, but with what they genuinely enjoy and want next in their careers.

Outside of work, Arianna enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons, practicing bass, and exploring Richmond’s live music scene.
