Arianna graduated in 2019 with a degree in Mandarin, Chinese and was an international flight attendant for a few years before making the career change to recruiting. She is passionate about the industry and making connections within it. She joined The Richmond Group USA in the spring of 2026.

In her free time, Arianna can be found playing Dungeons and Dragons, practicing bass, and enjoying the many fantastic concert venues in the Richmond, VA area!
