Lauren grew up in Richmond and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2011 with a degree in Criminal Justice. She began her career as a Probation Officer, a role that challenged her, grounded her, and taught her more about people and resilience than she ever expected. After over a decade in the field, she decided it was time to try something new and open the door to a new career path.

When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her with family and friends, at a concert, and raising her daughter with a deep appreciation for the legend that is Stevie Nicks.
