Tyler Rogers is the Director of Business Development at WorkRocket, where he leads growth strategy, drives client success, and develops the company’s next generation of sales talent. Since joining WorkRocket in 2016, Tyler has built a reputation as a trusted partner to organizations across the manufacturing, transportation, and heavy equipment sectors, consistently delivering workforce solutions that align with their hiring goals and long-term business objectives.

A proven revenue generator, Tyler has been recognized as one of The Richmond Group family of companies’ top performers year after year. He has earned Pacesetter honors—equivalent to President’s Club—for seven consecutive years, underscoring his ability to deliver measurable results and outperform expectations. His promotions to Business Development & Sales Manager in 2021 and Director of Business Development in 2024 reflect both his personal success and his impact in building and mentoring high-performing teams.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. Outside of work, he is an avid cook, fitness enthusiast, and volunteer youth wrestling coach. He also enjoys hiking and spending time with his wife and two children.
