Will joined The Richmond Group in 2026 and is part of the firm’s Growth Practice, where he focuses on connecting talent within the manufacturing and building products space. With a background in sales management and coaching, he has a knack for identifying strengths amongst wide arrays of people and connecting dots in their passions and interests. He graduated from James Madison University in 2022 as a student-leader in the Sports & Recreation Management department with minors in General Business and Coaching Education.

In his free time, you can find Will exploring every corner of the golf course, coaching youth baseball, and spending time with his friends and dog.
