Evan Norris
Client Relationship Manager
As a 2023 Graduate from Virginia Tech, Evan earned his Bachelors of Science in Human, Nutrition, Foods and Exercise. As a student, he worked as an intern in player personnel and recruiting for the Virginia Tech Football team. In 2023, Evan transitioned to Ole Miss where he furthered his education and worked as part of the Ole Miss Football team as a Graduate Assistant in player personnel for two seasons. In 2024, he graduated with a Masters of Science in Sports Business and Analytics and completed his graduate assistant program with Ole Miss. Recently, he has moved back to the Richmond area to replant his roots and joined the TRG team in March of 2025, and started the Cybersecurity Recruitment desk in the spring of 2026.
Outside of work, Evan loves to keep up with his favorite sports teams (especially the Hokies) and spending time with his family. He also loves to be involved with the Richmond community through volunteer work and community outreach.
